Buying Guide?

Hello, I am from Singapore and a visit to Switzerland in mid-October, the first thing I think is Switzerland and the scenery and, of course, Swiss watch.
In Singapore, we have to endure many Swiss watches and are exempt from duty here. I just want to know if there are or not they call him 'Best Buy'. Therefore, they are not willing to pay a seller thousands of dollars for a watch.
